The Praxedo service can be accessed on the Internet in HTTPS using a standard Web browser, allowing you to control your activities and set up your service parameters. The solution is based on an externalised n-tier Web platform.

A mobile application is downloaded on each PDA/Smartphone deployed, and operates in offline/online mode depending on mobile data network availability (GPRS, EDGE, 3G, 3G+ etc). The solution is available on both Windows Mobile and BlackBerry handhelds.

Solutions provided by Sybase iAnywhere, the undisputed leader in synchronisation solutions using embedded databases, form the basis of the Praxedo Intervention synchronisation function, the nerve centre of any mobile application.

Creating a link with your existing computer systems

The Praxedo platform is designed to be connected to your computer systems. We provide your computer teams (in-house or integrators) with Web Service interfaces (SOAP) so that they can access all the data and processing. Praxedo does not integrate these interfaces. What we do is provide an SDK featuring examples of documented codes to enable their installation and usage.

By way of example, these API allow you to send existing operations generated in your computer system to the Praxedo platform and to automatically retrieve reports entered in the field.

Our platform merely acts as a link between your business end-user programmes and your teams on the ground, who are equipped with mobile terminals. Our clients use these connectors to exchange data with the following software: GMAO, ERP, invoicing, payment, compatibility, business management.

There is no need for you to reassess your security strategies as output queries are sent only in HTTPS, SSL2 128 bits.
