This Sub-Processors Notice outlines Praxedo’s current suppliers authorized to process Customer’s personal data in connection with the operation of the Praxedo Solution and pursuant to the applicable Praxedo’s Data Processing Agreement (DPA).

Audits of Praxedo’s suppliers are conducted as part of a ISMS policy, which includes reviewing critical third-party vendors at least annually.

Local data hosting is enabled by default for Customers domiciled in the EU, U.S., or Canada and does not require Customer election.

Where a Customer contracts with a local Affiliate (Praxedo GmbH, Praxedo Iberia S.L., Praxedo Corp., or Praxedo Software Inc.), Praxedo’s French Headquarters entity (Praxedo Sarl) may access customer personal data on a limited basis solely for operational purposes, such as bug fixing, technical support, and account administration (including creation or termination of subscriptions).
